Gordon & MacPhail bottelingen

Doorgaans wordt new spirit -voor het in vat wordt gedaan- teruggebracht tot 63,3% door toevoeging van water. Gordon & MacPhail doen dit niet! Zij kopen new spirit en doen dat onverdund in zelf geselecteerde vaten. Wanneer deze whisky`s vervolgens na jaren van rijping ook niet worden verdund voor botteling heeft dat een erg hoog alcoholpercentage als gevolg. Hierdoor proeft u de volle smaak van de whisky zoals hij ooit bedoeld is.

De Gordon & MacPhail Reserve serie is een bijzondere collectie cask strength whisky`s. Alle vaten voor deze serie zijn geselecteerd door Han en Maurice van Wees en worden exclusief naar Nederland ge-exporteerd. Deze whisky`s ondergaan geen koudefiltratie en worden niet bijgekleurd.
