The Ultimate collection is een serie single cask whisky`s welke speciaal zijn geselecteerd door Han en Maurice van Wees voor The Ultimate Whisky Company, Nederlands eigen onafhankelijke bottelaar.

Alle flessen onder dit label zijn single cask bottelingen, niet bijgekleurd, zonder koudefiltratie en sinds 2005 gebotteld op 46% alc. Elke fles vermeld het vatnummer, vattype, data van distilleren en bottelen en het nummer van de fles.
